How do you feel?



The consistent use of Body Balance often brings about subtle changes in Wellness. These changes can be so subtle that it is easy to forget what things were like before Body Balance.

We have found from experience, the best way to become aware of these subtle changes, is to take 2 minutes each month to rate your health on a scale from 1 to 10 [1 = Very Poor 10 = Excellent] on the list below. Don't over think this process .... just write the first number that pops into your head as you answer the question.

Do this again after 1, 2, 3 and 6 months.
